Resolved 2 months ago · Aug 23, 2026 08:19 EDT
The intermittent network connectivity issue affecting a subset of servers in our Sydney (SYD) region has been fully resolved. Our engineering and infrastructure teams have completed the necessary remediation work, and network connectivity has remained stable. We are no longer observing the intermittent connectivity, timeouts, or elevated latency previously affecting some customers. The affected infrastructure has been closely monitored following the remediation, and we can now confirm that the Sydney region is operating normally. This incident is now resolved, and no further action is required from customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our teams worked to restore stable and reliable connectivity.

The intermittent network connectivity issue affecting a subset of servers in our Sydney (SYD) region has been resolved. Our engineering and infrastructure teams have completed the necessary mitigation work, and network connectivity has remained stable. We are no longer observing the intermittent connectivity, timeouts, or elevated latency that affected some customers during the incident. The incident is now considered resolved. However, given that the issue previously recurred after an initial period of stability, our teams will continue closely monitoring the Sydney infrastructure. We will keep this status page incident open while monitoring continues and will provide further updates if the situation changes. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to restore reliable connectivity.

Monitoring 2 months ago · Aug 19, 2026 01:56 EDT
The intermittent network connectivity issue affecting a subset of servers in our Sydney (SYD) region has recurred following the earlier mitigation. Our engineering and infrastructure teams are actively investigating the renewed connectivity issues and are working with our upstream infrastructure provider to identify and address the underlying cause. The previous mitigation restored stability for a period of time, but intermittent connectivity and timeouts have since been observed again on some affected servers. At this time, the issue is not expected to cause affected websites to go offline. However, some customers may experience intermittent slowness, increased latency, or brief connectivity delays while the infrastructure remains under observation. We have reopened active monitoring of the affected infrastructure and are treating this as a priority. We will continue to provide updates as we confirm additional information and make further progress toward a lasting resolution. We apologize for the continued disruption and appreciate your patience while our teams work to fully stabilize the affected infrastructure.

Identified 2 months ago · Aug 17, 2026 03:26 EDT
We are currently investigating an intermittent network connectivity issue affecting a subset of servers in our Sydney (SYD) region. The majority of Rocket.net services and customer websites remain fully operational. Customers hosted on the affected servers may experience intermittent connectivity or timeouts while we work with our partner to stabilize the network. Our engineering team has identified the issue as being related to network connectivity within the Sydney infrastructure and has escalated the matter to our upstream infrastructure provider for urgent investigation. We are actively monitoring the affected servers and working with our infrastructure partners to identify the root cause and restore stable connectivity. We understand the impact this can have on affected websites and are treating this as a priority. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
