Unfortunately, our datacenter had a hardware issue that affected a single node. The good news is that they were able to do a full chassis swap and replace everything but our disks in the server, and everything is back online.
We sincerely apologize for not posting this status page earlier. We were just hyper-focused on getting this node back online and were on a bridge with Leaseweb.com until 2 AM Eastern.
After replacing the hardware, they had an issue with their iDRAC system for the networking, but its all been resolved and everything is back online.
This only affected ONE server that has been online since January 20, 2025, and again, the issue has been resolved.
