All services, including website availability and core hosting infrastructure, remained operational throughout the incident and were not directly affected.
cPanel has updated their incident response with a patch and our team is actively applying this update where applicable.
Importantly, your website availability and core services are fully operational and we remain completely protected as these services are not exposed on our platform.
We will continue to provide updates as progress is made and will confirm once full access has been fully restored. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this matter.
Due to a worldwide cPanel exploit, some of our data centers are blocking ports affecting our API at the network layer.
We expect this to be resolved shortly.
With that said, we are completely protected and unaffected by the cPanel exploit as these services are not exposed on our platform.
