We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The issue is still ongoing. At the moment, it appears to be related specifically to the network connectivity between Cloudflare and our provider Leaseweb in the Asburn location, which unfortunately is outside of our direct control.
That said, we are actively escalating this to the appropriate teams so they can review the routing between the providers and work toward resolving it as quickly as possible. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have any new information.
Just a quick update regarding on the ongoing case. Our team is still actively looking into it and monitoring things closely to figure out the site-level causes. At this time, performance across other servers and regions remains normal.
